Clinical Manager – Tauranga Full-Time Permanent Lead With Purpose This role isn’t for someone who prefers a desk and paperwork all day. As Clinical Manager , you’ll balance oversight with visibility — mentoring your staff, keeping your clinical skills sharp, and ensuring care is delivered with dignity, safety, and heart. This opportunity is ideal for a senior RN ready to step up , an experienced Clinical Manager seeking a smaller, more personal setting, or a leader who values staying close to the people they serve. About the Role As Clinical Manager, you’ll: Deliver and oversee person-centred clinical care aligned to best practice. Lead, coach, and support nurses and caregivers to achieve exceptional outcomes. Conduct medication rounds, manage care plans, and ensure accurate documentation. Lead audits, in-service education, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Build trusted relationships with residents, whānau, and visiting health professionals. This is a full-time permanent position (40 hours, Monday–Friday) with an early start on Fridays to support the morning routine and connect with your team.
